My name is Rachel Commerford and I am first and foremost, a follower of Christ.  I am a wife to my husband Daniel, and mom to my daughter Hannah.  I am a full-time tax accountant, a half-marathon runner, a coffee-addict and a lover of all foods Paleo.  I lost 30 lbs. during the 2017 year.  I completed two Whole30’s in July 2017 and in January 2018 and am continuing my love of food and cooking through blogging.  While doing my first Whole30, I learned so much about how foods affect our bodies and I discovered a hidden talent for cooking and developing new recipes!
